In late September, we are delighted to be adding two Gentle Yoga, Meditation, Relaxation classes to our weekly schedule - supplementing our long-standing Thursday 10.30am class. The two new sessions will run Mondays 5.45-7pm and Saturdays 10.05-11.05am.
